We'll accept the return or exchange of any bikini that is deemed defective. Simply return it within 30 days and we’ll gladly exchange it or offer a refund for the cost of the bikini. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
For a full refund:
- • Please explain how and where the bikini was defective and if possible provide pictures.
- • Return the item within 30 days of your purchase. In some cases this may not be necessary.
- • You must ensure the item arrives with all labels and tags intact, including the hygienic protector seal.
The Return Policy does not apply to fitting or sizing issues or to items whose tags, labels or seals have been removed. Likewise, the return option will become void if the item appears dirty, used, damaged, or laundered.
Upon receipt of the item, we'll issue a refund for the full purchase price, excluding shipping. For exchanges there are no additional shipping charges. Our goal is to exceed your expectations and we hope our return and exchange policy reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.
